Our daughter is a dual media reader–she is learning to read and write in both print and braille. At some point I’ll get around to explaining why we think this is a good idea since most folks with Achromatopsia don’t bother with braille. But for now I’m going to start sharing tips on learning braille by sight as a parent and creating braille books for a beginning reader.
